About Triskel

Triskel was founded by Heather Lang, a GOsC registered osteopath, massage, myofascial and physical therapist, reiki master, acupuncturist and B.Sc. qualified ergonomic consultant with 17 years of experience in biomechanical analysis. In addition to a 4 year degree course in bioergonomics and a second 4 year degree in osteopathy and naturopathy, Heather underwent a traditional Reiki apprenticeship over 6 years and is charted 10th in a direct line of attunements from Dr Mikao Usui. When time permits, she is a keen surfer, motorcyclist, runner and martial artist.
